Marquorum lets an active affiliate propose a future product for manual review and can later ask eligible affiliates to choose among pre-vetted future offers. Proposal review and voting are separate. Submitting an idea does not place it directly on a ballot. Each election publishes its choices and effect before voting begins.
The current default ballot model is equal secret ballot.
Submit a future-product proposal for review
Open Launch votes and use the proposal form when you have a specific customer problem that may justify a future Marquorum product. Provide a short title, the painful customer workflow or unmet need, the intended buyer, the affiliate audience that fits it, relevant alternatives, and why the opportunity may be worth building. A supporting HTTPS source and evidence note are optional.
Your identity is recorded with the proposal, but an unapproved submission is visible only to you and authorized operators. A governance operator manually reviews demand evidence, build and operational feasibility, compliance, affiliate fit, and economics. An approved proposal can become a pre-vetted candidate for a later election. Approval does not guarantee that a particular election will include it. A rejection should include a partner-visible explanation.
Use Your proposals to inspect the current review outcome. Do not resubmit the same idea merely because no election is open. The empty state No AI launch decision is open right now means there is no published ballot to cast. It does not prevent proposal submission or erase a proposal already under review.
Check the election terms before voting
Open the election and read the choices, eligibility rule, electorate snapshot date, opening and closing time, quorum, approval or winner rule, tie rule, exception rule, and binding effect. The election-specific published terms control if they are an approved variation from the default rules.
Only feasible, pre-vetted choices enter the ballot. Affiliates do not gain an unrestricted right to require Marquorum to build any submitted idea. Product, legal, commercial, technical, and risk review occurs before a choice is offered.
If a material rule is missing or changes after voting opens, do not assume the election remains valid. Contact support and wait for an authorized correction or restart.
Understand who can vote
Eligibility is determined from the published rule and an electorate snapshot. An affiliate must be in the eligible set for that election. Becoming active after the snapshot does not automatically add someone to a vote already in progress.
Every eligible affiliate has equal ballot weight under the current model. Commission, audience size, tenure, and number of referred customers do not create extra votes. A ballot belongs to the verified affiliate account and must not be shared or delegated through an unverified link.
If the dashboard says you are ineligible and you believe the snapshot is wrong, open a support case before the close. Public knowledge cannot alter the electorate.
Cast one final secret ballot
Review the choices, select the permitted option, and read the confirmation before submitting. The ballot action is authenticated and protected against cross-site submission. After successful submission, keep the receipt or visible confirmation.
Ballot replacement is not available. Treat submission as final. Do not cast quickly expecting to revise it later. If the screen does not confirm success, refresh the election once and check the recorded state before trying again.
Ballot secrecy means the system protects the connection between an individual voter and the choice from public display and inappropriate operator access. It does not mean the election has no audit trail. Authorized controls preserve evidence needed to verify eligibility, uniqueness, integrity, and counting without publishing personal choices.
Understand quorum and approval
The default quorum is 20 percent of the eligible electorate. Quorum measures participation against the fixed snapshot, not against site traffic, active sessions, or all historical accounts.
The approval rule is strictly more than 50 percent of valid ballots cast. Exactly 50 percent is not more than 50 percent and therefore does not pass. A tie fails.
Quorum and approval are separate. An election can reach quorum but fail the approval rule. It can also have a high share for one choice but fail because too few eligible affiliates voted.
Live totals are not available. Hiding interim totals reduces bandwagon pressure and strategic voting. The interface can show that your ballot was recorded without revealing aggregate results before close.
What happens at close
At the published closing time, the system calculates participation, valid ballots, quorum, result, and tie state from the immutable electorate snapshot and ballot records. An authorized governance operator certifies the calculation. Certification verifies the result but cannot alter ballots.
The certified outcome is published with the information permitted by the election. It should show whether quorum was met, which rule controlled, whether the result passed or failed, and what disclosed effect follows.
If a provider, database, or integrity issue prevents reliable certification, the election should fail closed for review rather than inventing a result.
Understand the binding effect
The election page states what a passing result commits Marquorum to do. The effect can guide which approved opportunity the partner program pursues next, subject to the exact published terms. It does not guarantee a launch date, commercial success, permanent availability, or a product outcome not stated in the election.
Affiliate voting does not provide equity, tokens, ownership, employment, agency, partnership, franchise, investment rights, or control of Akii Technologies Ltd. It is governance input within published Marquorum product-selection rules.
Report a voting problem
Preserve the election reference, approximate time, eligibility screen, and any receipt or error. Do not send a screenshot that reveals your intended choice unless support explicitly needs it through a verified private channel.
Open a Marquorum support case before the close when possible. A human can review eligibility and technical evidence, but cannot replace or edit a valid final ballot.
