Marquorum is an affiliate partner program. It focuses initially on creators who promote production-ready AI software. Partner access begins with one application. A complete submission does not activate affiliate access automatically. It moves into human review so an authorized person can approve or reject it.
The routine decision policy is: every non-withdrawn completed application requires final authorized human approval or rejection. Existing active affiliates remain active.
Check the basic eligibility boundary
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where that is higher. You need at least 1 public audience channel that Marquorum can review. The partner program has no universal follower minimum.
Follower count alone does not decide suitability. Marquorum can consider audience fit, public content quality, accurate disclosure, geographic eligibility, identity, compliance, and whether the applicant can promote a current offer responsibly.
Release 1 includes 93 approved countries. Check the current country availability page before applying. Being in an approved country permits an application. It does not guarantee approval, payout availability in every circumstance, or access before review is complete.
Prepare the application information
Use the identity and contact information that should be connected to your Marquorum account. Add the public channels you want reviewed and describe the audience you actually reach. Provide truthful information about content topics, promotion methods, country, and payout readiness.
Do not submit someone else's social profile, a private channel that cannot be reviewed, or audience claims you cannot support. Do not include passwords, private messages, access tokens, or full payment credentials. Marquorum does not need a social-account password to review a public channel.
Read the current legal terms, disclosure requirements, and privacy information before submitting. An application can be complete only when required fields and current acceptances are present.
Submit once and keep the receipt
Review the application summary before sending it. Correct the country, public channels, and contact details first. The stored state remains submitted. The public status is Awaiting review and the heading is Application received. Marquorum then sends one transactional application received email.
The approved receipt says: We have received your partner application. Our team will review it as soon as possible and email you when a decision is ready. It also confirms: You do not need to submit it again.
The receipt confirms that Marquorum received the application. Submission grants no active partner status affiliate role partner code dashboard offer promotion voting commission or payout capability. Keep the receipt so you can distinguish a successful submission from an unfinished draft.
If the screen does not confirm receipt, do not submit repeatedly in several tabs. Refresh once and check the application state. If the state remains unclear, contact support from the account email and include the approximate submission time.
Understand human review
An authorized reviewer checks the complete application before affiliate access is granted. Review can consider required information, supported country, public-channel ownership and suitability, current terms, risk, compliance, and whether more evidence is needed.
Marquorum does not publish a guaranteed application decision time: no public review-time SLA is promised. The approved phrase "as soon as possible" is reassurance, not a promise of hours or days. A pending review is not a rejection. If the reviewer needs more information, respond through the requested verified channel. Do not send sensitive documents unless Marquorum explicitly requests them through an approved secure path.
The intermediate review states are needs information and waitlisted. The applicant can withdraw before a final decision. A returned-information submission should confirm the additional information without sending a second initial receipt.
Public support can explain the process but cannot forecast a decision or move an application ahead of others. The final state must come from the authorized review workflow.
What happens after approval
Approval performs this partner-status transition: pending activation to active with the affiliate role granted atomically. The approved live-offer access policy is: automatic access to every current and future live portfolio offer while network admission remains separate from per-offer eligibility. You do not submit a separate application for each current live offer, but an offer still has to be live and eligible at runtime.
Approval does not make every portfolio product promotable. Only offers that the current authenticated dashboard presents as live and ready can provide active links, partner-code use, approved resources, and commission actions. Review each live offer's current schedule and promotional boundaries before publishing content.
The partner code and referral slug remain empty through approval until the active affiliate chooses one canonical identifier. The normal message sequence is one transactional receipt followed by one transactional approval or rejection email. Some sensitive actions require a fresh sign-in or additional verification.
What happens after rejection or a request for information
A rejection means affiliate access is not activated under the reviewed application: no affiliate capability is granted. The notice should identify the decision and any available next step without exposing internal security or risk controls. Do not create repeated accounts to bypass the result.
A request for information keeps the application in review. Provide only the missing information through the verified route. If a notice looks suspicious, open Marquorum directly instead of following the message link, or email support@marquorum.com.
Keep application and customer support separate
Use Marquorum support for partner application, affiliate access, live-offer availability, attribution, commission, payout, and governance questions. Revenue Scout customers use Revenue Scout product support for their product account and billing. The central portal can route both brands, but the facts and private account context remain separated.
