Revenue Scout helps you find public social conversations where your product, service, or expertise may be relevant. It searches the supported sources you choose, rejects noise, and gives you a smaller queue of conversations to judge. It works best when potential buyers publicly discuss their problems, ask for recommendations, compare options, or look for alternatives.
It is a poor fit when your buyers do not discuss the need publicly, when your offer cannot be described clearly, or when you expect automatic posting. Revenue Scout does not replace your judgment or sales process. Registration is currently open.
What to prepare before setup
Have four things ready:
- The public website for the brand you want to monitor.
- A clear description of each product or service you want Revenue Scout to use.
- The type of buyer each offer helps and the problem it solves.
- The public platforms where those buyers are likely to discuss that problem.
Use information that a customer could verify on your website. Do not add private customer data, confidential sales notes, or claims that you cannot support. Clear inputs help Revenue Scout distinguish a genuine fit from a loose keyword mention.
Add and review your brand
Start the campaign setup from your Revenue Scout dashboard. Add your brand name and public website. Revenue Scout may use the website to prepare a draft profile and offer list. Review that draft carefully. Keep the offers you actually sell, correct incomplete descriptions, and remove anything that should not guide discovery.
The review matters because the brand profile becomes context for matching and prepared replies. A broad description such as "business services" gives the system little useful evidence. A specific description of the buyer, problem, and offer creates a better boundary.
If Revenue Scout cannot read the website, continue with manual entry. A website-reading failure does not mean the brand is ineligible. It means you need to provide the important details yourself.
Choose supported public platforms
Revenue Scout supports these public platform sources:
| Platform | Current availability |
|---|---|
| Available | |
| Available | |
| X | Available |
| Available | |
| Available | |
| TikTok | Available |
| YouTube | Available |
Choose the sources that match the way your buyers actually communicate. More platforms are not automatically better. A focused selection is easier to assess and can produce cleaner evidence. Your current plan controls how many platforms one brand can monitor and how many platform slots are available across the account.
Coverage is limited to supported public sources. Revenue Scout does not claim access to private messages, private groups, or non-public personal content. Source availability can change, and no platform can be guaranteed to expose every relevant public conversation.
Review buyer phrases
Buyer phrases describe situations worth finding, not slogans you want to broadcast. Good phrases are short and specific. They usually reflect a problem, recommendation request, comparison, buying question, or search for an alternative. Keep each phrase focused on one recognizable need.
Review the phrases Revenue Scout prepares. Remove phrases that would attract general discussion, news, jobs, tutorials, or unrelated uses of the same words. Add a phrase only when you can explain what a relevant conversation would look like. Keep at least one active phrase for the campaign.
New or changed phrases are checked before they become active. A draft or paused phrase is not being monitored. Archive a phrase when you want it out of the active library while preserving the history needed to understand earlier discovery.
Your plan controls the number of monitored phrases. If a larger selection exceeds the current allowance, Revenue Scout should preserve the saved setup and show a plan comparison or a way to keep an included subset. Do not discard useful setup work simply to fit the current limit.
Finish setup and read the first discovery state
Confirm the brand, offers, platforms, and phrases, then finish campaign setup. The dashboard should tell you whether discovery is scheduled, running, delayed, or unable to start. A newly configured campaign may not have an opportunity immediately. The first useful result depends on public source availability and whether current conversations meet the approved matching boundary.
If the queue is empty, first confirm that the campaign is active and that at least one platform and phrase remain selected. Then make phrases more specific or review whether the offer is discussed publicly. Do not widen phrases until every mention looks relevant. Broadening the query can increase noise without increasing genuine opportunity.
What a complete setup does and does not promise
A complete setup gives Revenue Scout enough approved context to search and vet public conversations. It does not promise complete coverage, a fixed number of opportunities, a qualified lead, a customer, a sale, revenue, or return on investment. The useful outcome is a focused review queue that reduces repeated searching and preserves your control over every next step.
